What to Track

Keep this page organized around the items your party checks most often: coin totals, pooled supplies, notable equipment, and anything currently held in reserve between adventures.

Party Treasury

Record current coin on hand, recent deposits, shared spending, and any earmarked funds for travel, bribes, repairs, or future purchases.

  • 152 GP

Stored Equipment

List weapons, armor, tools, and magical items not currently carried so the group can quickly see what is available before setting out.

  • 1 x Greataxe Head (No shaft)
  • 6 x Lowbank Guard Uniform
  • 6 x Bandit insignia

Consumables

Track potions, scrolls, ammunition, rations, and other limited-use resources that matter during dungeon crawls and long journeys.

  • 4 x Basic healing potions (1d4 healing)
  • 1 x Common healing potion (1d4+4 healing)
  • 2 x Molotov Cocktails (DC14 dex save. 10ft radius. 2d6 Fire damage)

Outstanding Debts

Note loans, favors owed, promised payments, and pending rewards so nothing slips through the cracks between sessions.

Shared Cache

Use a central section for high-value items, quest-critical objects, and anything the party wants protected until the right moment.

This works especially well for relics, maps, keys, letters of credit, gemstones, and backup gear. Keeping a clean shared cache makes handoffs easier when attendance changes from session to session.
